They wanted a company that cared for their staff just as they did. In the quest for the right solution, we explored various options, including other outsourcing companies, but none met the high standards and unique demands of our clients.
Recognizing the immense potential in Mexico, we saw the opportunity to create a company that addressed these challenges head-on. Remote Team Solutions was born from the idea of offering nearshore staffing services tailored to our clients’ precise needs. With the determination to excel and a commitment to deliver unparalleled service, we set off on our journey, initially serving a select group of clients from our other businesses.
What inspired the creation of your company, and what is your company’s mission?
In 2014, Remote Team Solutions took its official leap into the world of nearshore staffing. It was a natural extension of our family-owned group, Grupo BJ, which has a long-standing legacy since its establishment in 1982. Within Grupo BJ, one of our most prominent ventures is Empacadora FRAPE, known as Comal Foods, a leading food manufacturing company. Comal Foods specializes in providing high-quality ready-to-eat meals, serving esteemed clients such as Walmart, Goya Foods, State and Federal USA Commissaries, as well as the leading Latin supermarkets in California and Texas, alongside top supermarkets in Mexico.
During this period, our realization of the significant value in offering staffing solutions became apparent. Our initial focus was on providing staffing services to Comal Foods’ extensive network of international clients and suppliers, enhancing their operations by fulfilling their hiring needs in Mexico. As we observed the remarkable success and positive outcomes generated by this strategic move, we recognized the broader potential of our expertise.
It became evident that our capacity to deliver top-tier staffing solutions could be extended beyond Comal Foods’ circle. With a proven track record of excellence and the ability to positively transform workforce dynamics, we expanded our horizons. Our sights were set on catering to a diverse array of businesses seeking unparalleled staffing services.
