In an interview with Insights Care, Jeremy Duboys, the Founder and President of RxGo, shares the operations behind RxGO in providing the largest savings possible through prescription discount cards.

Kindly tell us the source of inspiration. What led you to start RxGo?
The pharmaceutical industry has traditionally not given much importance to price transparency. I have personally experienced this when I wanted to buy a medication that wasn’t covered by insurance. I assumed it would be affordable but was taken aback when the pharmacy quoted a price of over $200. Needless to say, this was more than I could afford at the time, so I left without my medication. I knew there had to be a better way!
Brief us about yourself and shed some light on your role and responsibility at the company.
Before starting RxGo, I co-founded Conductor. We specialized in assisting agencies and large corporations to manage their search engine optimization. After building up Conductor, we sold it to WeWork, it was later bought back by our employees.
As the Founder of RxGo, I oversee a broad range of responsibilities that include managing our development team, business development, and our online marketing strategy. My role is crucial to ensuring that all departments are working together efficiently to deliver a seamless customer experience.
In my capacity as the manager of our software team, I am responsible for the successful delivery of our software products. I work closely with my team to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our customers and delivering innovative solutions that are ahead of the curve.
As the manager of our business development team, I am responsible for driving revenue and ensuring that we are meeting our financial targets and finding the right partners. This includes overseeing our strategy and making sure that we have the right people in the right roles to meet our objectives.
Finally, as the manager of our online marketing efforts, I am responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategy across all digital channels. This includes managing our website, social media, email marketing, and advertising campaigns. I work with our marketing team to ensure that our messaging is consistent and aligned with our brand values, while also driving traffic and leads to our business.
