5 skin care routine in winter

Cleanse gently. Use a mild, hydrating cleanser to remove dirt, makeup, and impurities without stripping your skin of its natural oils. Avoid harsh cleansers that can dry out your skin.

Exfoliate regularly. Exfoliating once or twice a week helps remove dead skin cells and promote cell turnover, which can help improve your skin's overall texture and tone.

Hydrate with a moisturizer. Moisturizing is essential for keeping your skin hydrated and preventing dryness. Choose a moisturizer that is rich in hydrating ingredients, such as hyaluronic acid, ceramides, or glycerin.

Protect your skin from the sun. Even though the sun may not be as strong in the winter, it is still important to protect your skin from its harmful rays.

Drink plenty of water. Drinking plenty of water helps keep your skin hydrated from the inside out. Aim to drink eight glasses of water per day.
