What is Sleep Paralysis? 

Sleep paralysis is a temporary inability to move or speak while falling asleep or waking up. It occurs when your mind is awake, but your body is still in a state of sleep.

2.  Try to move small parts of your body, like your fingers or toes 

3.  Remind yourself that it will pass in a few seconds
