Bacteria Detector
Contaminated dairy products are the main cause of spreading illness in cold seasons. Now to prevent this, health experts from McMaster University in coordination with researchers from Toyota Tsusho Canada, are developing world’s first Bacteria Detection Technology. This detector work by detecting contamination in dairy products even before it is purchased by consumers.
The Phys Org’s new report explains the bacteria detectors working. According to it, the detector will look for common pathogens in the food by reading signals from a printed test inside of the product container. The printed test will not affect the taste of the food, as it is a food-safe tasteless patch. Once successful for dairy products, especially milk, the detector can even be used for beverages.
