Please brief our audience about Pinnacle Health Group, its values, vision, and mission.
Our Tag Line is ‘We Help Bring Healthcare to Communities that Need it.’ I believe that we impact the communities we serve and as we have all personally experienced, healthcare is extremely important to every individual in that community.
Our values are rooted in integrity in everything we do, and I believe that this is one of the reasons we have been around for over 25 years and have a reputation in the industry as one of the best companies for healthcare staffing services.
Our mission is to help our clients grow their organizations by matching ideal providers to their needs and nurturing a long-term relationship. Pinnacle creates a fun atmosphere of team building and utilize technology, invest in our people as well as 25+ years of knowledge to serve our clients exceeding their expectations. We as a company will give back to charity organizations.
At Pinnacle Health Group, we aspire to serve as the pathway that connects providers to their future while conducting honorable, ethical business, tactfully responding to the industry’s changing climate, and continually striving to develop our expertise and distinguish our efforts utilizing our advanced technology.
Brief us about how you have set yourself apart from the competition through your expertise in healthcare staffing?
I believe the tools and capabilities we have built over 25 years of placing thousands of physicians across the country are our strong points. We excel in executing a targeted plan specific to the client’s situation and target market.
Failing to plan is planning to fail in my opinion, so we don’t simply put a few steps in place, but we design a comprehensive campaign that brings results. We track everything so we can effectively and efficiently design the best ways to bring in leads and convert them into presents, interviews, and placements.
What services does Pinnacle Health Group offer, and how are you making an impact in the global healthcare industry?
We place physicians and advanced practitioners (Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists) in permanent positions as well as Locum Tenens positions (temporary staffing). We also have a division that offers a job board subscription (physiciancareer.com, PA-career.com, and NP-career.com). Our impact on the global community is that we constantly work with providers from other companies trying to practice in the United States.
Being an experienced leader, share with us your opinion on how the adoption of modern technologies in the healthcare discipline has transformed the industry and what more could be expected in the near future?
Technologies have constantly affected our industry and as a leader, I believe we must constantly change to stay in with the latest trends. Tried-and-tested methodologies are often utilized but some of the new ones have helped us reach the newer physicians and establish quick communication. Multiple impressions are always important, and we design our campaigns to do just that.
Taking into consideration, the current pandemic, and its impact on global economies, how are you driving your company to sustain operations and ensuring the safety of your employees at the same time?
We have managed operations over the phone and video meetings which were held in the conference room in the past. We have no plan at this time to come back into the office as we can manage operations well through phone, video, and in-person client meetings. Training has been the most challenging for which we are utilizing training programs to get new employees up to speed.
What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs who aspire to venture into the healthcare sector?
Become an expert in a niche market and focus on that. You can’t try to be everything to everyone especially because the key is being able to perform over and above their expectations.
Where do you envision your organization to be in the long run and what are your future goals?
Our goal is always 100% client satisfaction. The organization will grow as the market for our services and demand for our services is expected to have strong growth. I personally want to triple the size of the company but will never sacrifice growth over-servicing our clients.
