–Nunavut, situated in the northern territory is indeed a rare place in the otherwise pandemic-ravaged North America that completely clean. Credit goes to the community itself which has been strict on outsiders and those coming back by putting them thru some of the strictest quarantine. They have even put security guards around hotels with nurses frequently checking the health of those in isolation. Those found breaking isolation rules have had to stay behind for extended periods. So while the rest of Canada goes thru a second round of virus infection, this is one place where the official counts in ZERO!
