This infrastructure enables the company to detect more than 470 kinds of pesticide residues, 45 kinds of antibiotics, heavy metals, content determination, microbial and other items.
Additionally, to provide stable service, as a “National High-Tech Enterprise” and “Hangzhou Patent Pilot Enterprise”, Huisong Pharmaceuticals established Zhejiang Health Research Institute in 2018 to set up a provincial high-tech enterprise R&D center. Meng’s journey in the industry began after his graduation in pharmacy in college, post which he went on to obtain a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical economics and engaged in pharmaceutical-related work. he says, “So far, I have been working in the field of traditional Chinese medicine for nearly 40 years and have obtained valuable experiences and grown through practice and challenges.”

At present, he is the CEO of Zhejiang Huisong Pharmaceutical Co., LTD., President of Huisong Pharma-healthcare Research Institute, and a distinguished professor of School of Biological and Chemical Engineering, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology. He further informs, “I own more than ten patents and have published several articles in national core journals.”
