On February 20, 2022, Queen Elizabeth II has tested positive for COVID-1, experiencing mild symptoms.

A few days before, her eldest son Prince Charles and wife of prince Camilla has tested positive, worrying many people in the United Kingdom. As per current guidelines for anyone who tested positive for COVID-19 is to stay in self-isolation for ten days, with the option to end quarantine with two consecutive negative reports.

Buckingham Palace gave a statement that Queen will continue to receive medical attention and will follow all the appropriate guidelines. The 95-year-old monarch will remain in her Windsor Castle and will do the light duties for a few days.

Queen has received wishes from around the world for a speedy recovery.
