A virus that has now been officially declared as a Pandemic, had emerged just last December. Coronavirus has majorly affected the world and its economic growth. It has affected millions world wide and has now created a panorama of worldwide panic and chaos. Avoiding food additives, aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated drinks and other such sources or toxins could help keep up the immune strength. Exercise is essential for the body, when done in the right amounts. Intensive exercise causes a lot of wear and tear that the body may not be able to withstand and the immune system might break down.
