The beauty of your healthy skin and how healthy you become in the next five years from now, all depend on the food you eat. You are what you eat. This is too common to everyone. You had heard it, probably when you were a child, and your parents were forcing you to eat vegetables, drink enough water and stay away from health hazards.

Well, as a child you never clearly understood this, but the truth is that as an adult you are expected to keep those struggles you had with your parents when you were still ateen because your health depends on your diet and the diet reflects on your outer appearance. This may not happen now, but in the nearest future, it will.

The major factor of beauty and healthy skin is your inner health; these parts of healthy look are not attained from the makeups and believe me it cannot be hidden when it starts to glow. You need to start from the inside and then to the outside. The major way to achieve this includes a balanced diet and proper exercise. The practical approach is to start by choosing the right foods to eat, and by getting rid of the unhealthy ones.
